This software allows the applicant to fill out a rental application on line. Applicants can complete applications online via a request from you. We also offer tenant screening reports generated by TransUnion SmartMove. These reports include a credit report, credit score, criminal background check, and 50 state eviction history. The applicant just has to pay a small fee and then the reports are generated instantly!
Pets
Everyone has pets, don't discount them. We request that all tenants submit a current Record of pets shots and include the pest on a rental insurance policy.
We will provide the tenant with maps to the nearest dog parks, as well as dog walkers in the area.
Tenant Portal
Your tenants will be able to log into their own portal and pay their rent with ease. The portal also allows the tenant to make repair requests that will alert us in real time. Private Owner's Portal
Your private portal will allow you to keep up-to-date with your investment properties. You will have access to things such as profit and loss, tenant requests, payments received, and several reports to help you stay informed.
Work Order/Repairs
We provide a list of licensed Vendors and if you'd like we can get bids and submit them to you for approval. We will then coordinate with the tenant and the vendor on your behalf.
Additional Services
We can arrange move in move out, cleaning, touch up painting, seasonal landscaper planting, window washing, carpet cleaning, exterior painting, or perhaps meeting your vendors at the home.
